  • Liquid travels through the barrel

    Hi,
We are creating an animation scene where helicopter hits a water tower and it tilts and water comes out. We tried everything but liquid keeps penetrating a water barrel. This happens when grid is attached to a dummy that is linked as attachment constrain to a tower that bends using a bend modifier.
    Can anyone help/

    Thanks

Hey, if the container of the liquid is moving, then you'd need either thicker walls, or more steps per frame so particles won't find themselves outside the container once it changes position. Does this help?

Hi, My barrel is clear grey and it is very thick but liquid still travels through. Only when grid is stationary it works Thanks

        Hey,

Did you try with more steps? Also make sure that you don't have open edges on the geometry - you can check it with STL check modifier.

Thanks I'll try with more than 3 steps. Our barrel is made out of thick tube and cylinder as the bottom all as one mesh
