I need to create some static shot of a wave for a wave pool. Does anyone have any tips on how this could be done in Phoenix?

    Hey,

How far is the beach waves example scene from what you want to achieve? https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...nes-Beachwaves

      Hello Svetlin,
The example is pretty close, I just need to make things a bit less rough and natural looking and more smooth and man made.
So it is time to reverse engineer the beach example to see if I can make it work

        Hi Svetlin.Nikolov ,
I have been trying to use the beach waves example scene for my wavepool but I am finding it very hard to control.
Do you have any advice on how I can make a clean wave?

not sure as i havent purchased them myself but the redefinefx training for phoenix has a more up to date beach and 'wave' tut plus files
his tutorials i have watched are very thorough technically (if visually average) you may also struggle with the american accent. worth a shot though I reckon

Agree, please check this tutorial. He also just recently posted another tutorial which uses a different method from the wave force which affects the entire container - instead the wave is created by a geometry used as a piston that pushes the liquid into a tidal wave.
