using Vray material on Bubbels

Hi is it possible to add a Vray material to the bubbles particles in 3ds max as it seams you can do in maya. I would like to add at kind of water material to them , to make them semi transparent, and not just a solid color , like white

You could export the particles to Alembic, load them back in and apply any material you'd like. Here's more info on exporting to alembic:

Hey,

If you zoom in you will notice that by default the bubbles are refractive and if you need it you can change their IOR or increase their reflection bounces from the Bubble options in the Particle Shader.
