Jelly character

is it possible to create a jelly character that can stretch, etc using phoenix liquids.?

That would have been done with a really good (& complex) rig and traditional animation.

you could rig & animate something and use a high viscosity fluid and body force to add a lot of extra dynamics but there's a hell of a lot of hand animation that would need to happen first.
