Street Sweeper sweeping particles

Hi,
Is there anyway to use phoenix fd and phonix particles to create a layer of dirt and sweeper will sweep it up and suck it in using body force?

I'd look into tyFlow for that and add some Phoenix spice on top of it to sell it.
