CL16 3200MHz or CL18 3600MHz

I am thinking of buying a new machine.
I ll use it for content creation, renderings and Phoenix Simulations.
It will be a Ryzen 3950x thus it will have only 4 DRAM slots available.
Because I want 128GB of RAM my only option is to buy a 4x 32GB kit.
So the question is what is better for Phoenix sims...
a CL16 3200MHz kit?
or
a CL18 3600MHz kit?
or the difference will be negligible?

Unfortunately we have not tested such a scenario at the office and can't say for sure.
If possible it's best to test it out and see how it goes for you.

I understand that, as the question was too specific.
So I have to change the question as what is better for Phoenix more MHz as in 3600? or lower CL as the 16 or even lower 14?
Still is similar to the previous but focuses on specific parts of the ram seperately.

i would go for the 3200 kit - its highly unlikely you will get the 3600 kit to run that fast with 128gb RAM
it will probably be around 2400 or 2000 actually depending on your MB
