  • Smoke rendering black

    Hi everyone,

I'm trying to render a scene I've previously rendered in phoenix.
I'm using a render farm who have carried out the calculations.
However when they open the file on a separate machine and browse the calculations the simulation box turns black.
Attached is a screenshot of the problem.

When I render the scene I get a black image.
However there is an alpha of where the smoke is.

It's like there's no material attached to the fluid.
But when I check I'm using RGB and have a texture that when copied to the material editor is the correct red I have as a texture.

I've also run calculations on this scene myself and rendered it via an online farm

    Has anyone encountered this problem?

    Hey,

Could it be that some of the textures are not loading correctly? If you have textures for the lights and disable them, does it render correctly?
