    So im doing a project that need to create ocean wave hitting on the wall of the cliff.
    I have tried waveforce, but only got the beach wave type, not cliff wave type.
    im thinking about doing a normal ocean wave with plainforce blowing in the cliff direction, but i dont think it will work either.
    Please help me with this situation

    Hmmm, so in order to get the irregularity of these waves and having them come in all directions, you could still use the wave force, you just need to make sure the Velocity Coherence option of the ocean texture is 0 or close to zero. Here is a workflow video for setting up a wave force simulation that uses a high velocity coherence, but the rest of the steps should be very much relevant to you: https://youtu.be/gE5huS1oajg

    I imagine a completely different way to get a similar result would be to use a Phoenix Turbulence node instead of the Wave Force node. The Turbulence could affect only the Liquid particles, it could have a large size, so it causes strong, separate waves to appear and splash in all directions.     Both the above could be combined with something that I think would make it look much closer to your reference - if you don't want the waves to appear everywhere, but instead - appear only near the shore, then you could limit the zone where the wave force OR the turbulence work, but using a Particle Tuner that affects the Liquid particles and uses the distance to the shore. The tuner condition could be "if the distance to the shore geometry is less than X voxels (e.g. 50-100 voxels), then Affect By Forces: Wave Force/Turbulence".

    Does this make sense? I don't know how much Phoenix experience you have, so I am not going into much details, but such a setup will not be trivial. Please ping me if you need more info.
