    Hello,

I am trying to figure out the best way to create Jacuzzi water.

I have tried using initial fill geometry for the water and then added in lots of water jets pumping in water at high velocity, this works well. but unfortunately after a few seconds the jacuzzi just overflows with water.

How could I keep the water level constant so it doesn't overflow? with out putting in some drainage holes so the water drains out as the water pumps into keep the water level consistent.

I have been playing around with turbulence force, could this be a good option instead of using water jets?

I came across this online done by recent space using phoenix fd, how do you think they created this?

Hmmm, I have seen this simulation, but unfortunately can't find more comments about it.

In general, I think you could reduce the liquid discharge so that you don't have to find ways to drain all the newly created liquid, and instead just create velocity that moved the liquid up to the surface - you could disable Emit Liquid on the Source and just use it to create movement. In addition, you could create Foam particles directly using a Source as well, in case you can't nail down the Foam's natural birth threshold and amount.

    Hope, this helps, cheers!

What about using this example and tweaking it to get the effect you need?
