Where do I find "sticky liquid" ?

It's probably really obvious, but where is the Sticky Liquid setting?

I've spent ages looking for it, but I'm non the wiser.

Select the Liquid Simulator PhoenixFDLiquid001)
Dynamic Rollup
Enable Wetting
Set Sticky Liquid above 0
