OK, I've seen tutorials that have a boat moving through the water casting wakes, but I have a need to have 2 boats passing by each other. I also have a case where a boat is passing by a pillar. How do I do this and have the waves interact with each other? Do I need multiple Simulation Grids or one large one to cover everything being effected?

Hey,
If you need the waves from the two boats to interact with each other you will need 1 large simulator. On the other hand if you don't need the waves for the two to interact you can make two simulators (one for each boat) and render them in Ocean mode like in the tutorial here - https://docs.chaos.com/display/PHX4M...ipleShipsSetupGeorgi Zhekov
