PC shuts down during simulation

Hi.

I'm using phoenix on 3dsmax.
This problem occurs when fluid simulate.

During the simulation, a blue screen appears and the PC shuts down.
It takes longer with my old computer, but it doesn`t turn off.


My simulation environment is as follows.
windows 10
3dsmax 2023
phoenix version5.20.00
Intel Core i9-12900K 3.00GHz
128GB RAM
NVIDIA Geforce RTX 4080

Do you know the cause?

Hello,

This is sounds like a hardware issue, rather than a problem with Phoenix directly.

If you see a blue screen this usually means a problem with either the memory, the disk drive or the GPU.

You can run some memory tests on the RAM to check if it works correctly, run a health check on the hard disk and stress test your GPU.
