  • Freeze liquid at the end of a simulation?

This is probably an issue with a pretty simple resolution but I'm a fairly new PHD user and I'm not finding it...
How can I simply freeze a fluid sim at the end of it's simulation? So, for example, I've simulated a fluid from 0-300 frames and I want it to freeze from frame 300-400.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, thanks for posting. One way I could think of is to set the simulation for specific frames. By default it is set to use the timeline range but you can disable the checkers and type in your desired range from start frame to stop frame.

EDIT: This will not be enough for the task. You have to change your time bend controls from linear to cache index.
Set the cache index to the last simulated frame (in my case this is 19) which is 300 for your example and that's it.
