    Hi, I dont know but I think not because its not made for that. You could use the highest Viscosity possible but I dont think it's working and would give you the behaviour you're looking for.

    I can recommend you Houdini Vellum for that. I integrated Houdini into my pipeline 3 years ago and I'm not good in this techy stuff but even I could achieve good improvement in my workflows with Houdini. If you buy the Indie version it's tottaly affordable.

      Thanks for that I couldn't get it to behave like it but got close using Maya ncloth.

        Hey,

        Indeed, this task is not for Phoenix - for the effect from above you will need a whole new solver that can handle soft body dynamics and elastics.
