  • How would you approach something like this ?

    Hey everyone,
I’m fairly new to Phoenix and have been tasked with recreating this fountain effect: https://blackberryridgega.com/wp-con...ite_banner.mp4 (specifically at the 6th second).
From its structure, I can see that it consists of two types of jets: angled jets positioned outward and upward-facing jets creating a more vertical spray.
The main challenge I’m facing is replicating the spray effect rather than a standard jet stream. Would using a Noise in the source be the right approach, or is there a better technique to achieve this?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Check out the Phoenix example scenes, there's a Fountain example that might offer some guidance.

Thank you , yes I've checked that, looks interesting. Looks like the "spray" effect is easier to achieve when it is not actually rendering as "mesh". Maybe it's even a good idea to combine?
