multiple liquid properties and materials

i wanted to try and mix different types of liquids, giving them different materials and viscosity is this possible?

not possible yet, only different color at this stage.

colors will do just fine at this point. is the easiest way to emit from a single object textured with the desired colors? (3 colors)

you have to use the UVW channel, see the "paints" or "multicolor" scene.
