  • Render Smoke Normal?

Any way to render normals of the smoke(Render Elements or Render Layer) for relight in composite?

    Thanks.

Not sure where we got with this, but you can always light the smoke with differently colored lights along the axes and use that.

      Yes you can
But it is a must feature IMHO. One pass rendering is faster, than two-pass.
I just can't seem to trust myself
So what chance does that leave, for anyone else?

Does the light select render element work with Phoenix? That would be the solution.
Having rgb light pass on one layer and rest of the lights on another layer.

          I don't dispute this

It's basic for integration of smoke in production... in the future you plan to add render element of rgb along the axes?
