I have a scene with a complex explosion made up of an object source and then a bunch of particle sources (particles used in PHXSource). Note that I don't mean simulation of particles for rendering, but using PFlow particles to inject fluids to make trails, etc.
My initial simulation looks great, and I would like to use resimulation to add some more fine detail (initial is around 55million voxels, but need more).
I am now checking out my resimulation (over a gig per frame at quality 12), and it seems as though I only see the effects on the object source, not on the particles. It as if the particle portion of my simulation vanished.
When I re-simulate do I have to have all the original particles active? It is possible they are disabled in the scene I am using to resimulate (still running).
Thanks.
Basically, how so I properly resimulate a explosion that has multiple PHXSources, many of which use PFlow events as their source?
