  • Optimize Raycaster for Splash and foam particle

    Hi,

I made a scene where somethings is falling in the sea.
I want to render this with motion blur. But it takes really long to render when splashes and foam
    are rendered with motion blur.
Any ideas how i can optimize the render settings for scenes like this?
Maybe i can tune the raycaster?

you can render in separate passes (foamand splash must be in one pass) and compose. the rendering is much slower when refractive object and atmosphere are rendered in one.

      Thanks,
rendering in separate passes didnĀ“t speed up the rendering. But i made a resim of the particles with a lower birth threshold.
And reduce the motion blur samples. The render speed is much better now.
