Foam Velocity Pass?

Is there a known way of getting a velocity pass for the foam?

only in maya for now, the atmospheres do not produce velocity pass in max

I just shed a tear. ;.-(tear with no velocity pass) Look forward to when it can. For now I'll do camera mo-blur.
