I am simulating some liquid pouring on the floor and I have some bubble going up in the air. How can we prevent this? With normal water without soap, the bubbles don't go up in the air.

perhaps it is related to the scene scale. the falling of the bubbles in air is controlled by the falling speed parameter. this parameter has some default value, that may be too small for your simulation scale
can you tell what is the simulator size and the falling speed value?

the simulator size is 125 x 102 x 118 cm. rise speed is 0.3cm and falling speed is 6cm.

that explains the effect, you see, falling speed 6 cm is much smaller than the simulator size. make it 200 cm
rise speed 0.3cm is also too low, the natural rise speed is about 30-60 cm depending on the size
