  • possible to simulate a foamy bath...foam on top of watersurface?

hi, i'm trying to fill a bathtub with foam on top with no luck...i get lots of foam but only under the watersurface...is there a way to do this and keep the foam sticking together?...tried it with different settings also B2B raising to heavy setting...somehow the foam is building but only underwater...

    thx for help, nik

btw i'm using maya and phoenixFD 2.0.0 and nightly builds

there is a parameter rise speed, in your case probably it's not big enough. the b2b interaction is to control how strong the bubbles are sticking together and how strong they resist when some force is pushing them to each other, for bath foam use 3000

Also check your particle initial size, very small particles rises slower and travels longer with the fluid under the surface.
