  • Phoenix FD 2.2 Warning dialog

    Hey,

First off, 2.2 is awesome! Thanks...

Secondly, is there any way to get rid of the warning dialog that appears every time you try to distributed render with an output path set to a local letter drive? We have network shares mapped to letter drives on purpose to make this all easy and to avoid having to use UNC paths.

With the current 2.2 for Max I get the warning that I am doing a network render with local cache files every time. This makes it impossible to start the render after the simulation with the new script features.

    Thanks.

we didn't give in account such situation, well, ask for nightly build access and we will fix this

OK. Thanks. I think I still have nightly build access, but I will dig it up or ask again.

Note that a warning may be good, but perhaps it could either have a "Don't show this again" checkbox, or rather just be a warning in the VRay render output window. (I realize this does not help people who use the default scanline renderer...)

      Thanks!
