Realse notes/info for latest nightlies/beta

Hey guys, where can I find the updated features/bug fix list for the latest Phoenix builds? The help, changelog and readme files all seems to be for the 2.10.x builds

yes, the changelog is written manually, usually we write a note in the beta section for the important changes, or send a message to the reporter of given bug when it is fixed. we will consider some automated system that transfers the information from the bug tracking system to the nightlies.
