  • Is it possible to render both fuel and smoke?

    Hey all,

when looking at reference explosions, it's very characteristic to the gasoline fireball explosions that the initial blast is the fuel, looking like a bright smoke, which is then quickly burned by the fire, creating black smoke.

Now, Phoenix can simulate this, but I can't seem to render it.... any ideas?

you can render it using second phoenix object, redirect its input to the cache files of the original simulator and adjust its smoke opacity to be fuel based.
