  • Where do I get nightly for phoenix FD

    Hi What is the link to get nightly updates to phoenix.
    I went here https://nightlies.chaosgroup.com/mai...est/2016-06-09 and all I see is vray for blender but not phoenix fd updates.

    That is the correct place. You need access to the Phoenix builds.

          I got this message from support team :

          Official builds for all products are available on our web site - www.chaosgroup.com
          Nightly builds for some of the products are available at nightlies.chaosgroup.com
          Access rights for each site are given separately.
          You will be able to see only builds for which you have been given permissions.

          I still do not see any nightly updates for phoenix FD Why?
          I emailed them twice. The version I bought 3 days ago is like two years old 2.2 I thought 2 years passed and there were a lot of updates made since then
          Please advise how can I get newer version like everyone on this forum

              Yes We emailed them twice already. Our version of Phoenix FD is 2.2.0 Revision: 24510 and I think it is an old version we bought 4 days ago.

                      From what I can see both requests are handled properly from my colleagues and the access has been provided 1 hour after our working day has started.
                      On your second request another colleague informed you 4minutes after the ticket is received to Log Out and then Log In in order to refresh the information on the webpage.
