Currently we are not planning any further recompile builds of 2.2 for new versions of 3ds max - we will release the new version 3.0 with support for max 2017 instead. Version 2.2 is quite outdated in comparison with the current state of the nightly builds, so I would suggest that you migrate either to a recent nightly, or wait for the release of 3.0 for 3ds max 2017, but it would be a new product with a new license, etc...

Yup - today's nightly should be good (26862 from 16 Jul). Keep in mind that a lot has changed since 2.2, so if you need help or explanation on anything, please do ask

            Cheers!

You need to send a mail to support@chaosgroup.com and in a couple of days you should have the permissions.
