  • Water droplet

    Hey, after some advise please.

Im trying to have a water droplet travel through the air with some nice natural movement to it, and then it hits an object say a half sphere.
I then need the water from the droplet to roll over the colliding object as if covering over the surface, before settling leaving a layer of water over the entire surface.

What would be the best method to do this in Maya. I cant seem to find the attractor force i'v seen in 3dmax?

When im emitting the water droplet from a sphere, it doesnt keep its shape, it just seems to explode outwards??

Any help would be most appreciated

    Hello,

With the current builds this is not possible.

The next version of Phoenix for Maya will be available really soon and you should be able to do that fairly easy.
