Just wondering if there is any access to the Air Effects parameters via max script etc.

On the docs site here - you can find the maxscript names of the attributes in italic, next to the names of the parameters.

Currently not, but I hope I can get to improving the way these work soon, so if there is something specific you need, we'd put it in the list
