Foam on edge of grid

I've been trying to get rid of this for days, but can't figure out what's causing it. I have the simulation giving me foam particles on the edge of the sim box. I've gone up to 96 M cells and it doesn't get rid of it. I've adjusted the velocity, and a few other things.. anyone have any idea? The foam is the pink color so it's easier to see.
