  • Redshift Volume Grid and Phoenix

I would be interested to know how to scale the channel values from Phoenix to redshift volume grid.
is it a factor of .001 for scatter?
looks like it is different for emissive channel, but maybe I am wrong.

How to use the velocity channels? should I swap Z and Y?
The motion blur looks weird but I will check on the redshift side about that as well.

    Hi,
well, it's difficult to give you a universal formula or some kind of scale factor. You should know how RedShift volume material works and the range of the Phoenix channels - for example, the Temerature goes from 300 to 3000. You can try adding Smoke channel on Scatter and Temperature on Emission. Try different colors and scales. Add Velocity channels with right click on Velocity grid(s) fields (there are 3 fields for X, Y and Z). I'm not quite sure about swaping axis.
