I'm trying to make boiling water effect and saw that there is a sample scene for max called 'looping bubbles' which i think would be a good starting point, but I'm using maya!!
I'v been playing with an intial fill up in the sim grid, with an emitter emitting temperature(fire) inside, this gives the water a turbulant effect but what i cant get is a steady stream of foam/bubbles coming up through the water to the surface?
is this the right direction or any tips would be most appreciated?
