  • Smooth flowing water

I have a fountain that is dropping water down into the next tier, and then again into another tier. I wanted the water to be really smooth and fluid, but it's coming out more like a thick spray. Is there something I can adjust to make it look more like a smooth stream of water from tier to tier? (Without cranking up the viscosity and making it look more like honey )

Adding more steps per frame should help.

did a few experiments overnight and cranked the steps up much more than I'm used to, and yup that seems to work. The surface tension being increased seemed to help even more.

Indeed, actually it's worth noting that more steps per frame help the surface tension work better too, so it's a double boost increasing both the Steps and the Surface Tension
