You will have to get it from one of our resellers - many of them support online purchase.

    Best regards,

You should be able to see your licenses on http://localhost:30304 - this is the address for the web interface of the License Server (given that it was installed on your local computer).

If this is the first online license that you have, check if Online Licensing is activated - on the top right of the page there is the ONLINE LICENSING button, with either grey or green indicator for OFF or ON. You will be prompted for your Chaos Group user name and password, when you activate the Online Licensing, and if you login successfully you should be able to see and access your Phoenix license.

In case Online Licensing is activated, but you still do not see the Phoenix license, check what is the username that you are logged in with - that is showing in the top right corner, above the ONLINE and DONGLE buttons. If the user is not the correct one, you can switch it by first deactivating the Online Licensing and the activating it again.

You can refer to the online documentation, where a detailed description of the process is provided:

        https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...nix+FD+License

If you are still having issues, you can sent an email to support@chaosgroup.com for further assistance.

Local host started working all the sudden. Does anyone know why local host did not work and now it does, is it phoenix bug?

There is a Windows Service, called VRLService (or daemon, if you are using Unix-based OS), which should be running in order to be able to access http://localhost:30304

Maybe that service was stopped for some reason, or it was removed. If you reinstall the License Server it will be created again.

In Windows Start menu, with the installation of the License Server a shortcut inside the Chaos Group folder is made - Start V-Ray Online License Server. You can use that to start the service, in case it is stopped.

Is your license accessible on your old computer at the moment, or do you still have problems?

Thank you it works now. I uninstalled phoenix and reinstalled it. I guess VRL service was launched again
