Yep, rigid bodies interacting with fluids is hopefully coming soon. It's still a new feature so expect plenty of issues but if you'd like to test things out - you need to enable the Active Body option on the Phoenix FD properties and use the Liquid simulator (for Maya - Liquid tab -> Enabled ).
Wow great feature. I guess this is just for a water collision. So if object is heavy it will not collide with pool bottom and go through it I guess? Also would be nice to have density added and not just mass. For example, a potato can weigh as much as apple but sinks and apple floats
And PLEASE add like a motor force option that way any object can move forward (follow path) and water can affect its physics. Good for boats hit by waves etc.
