  • forces for ocean simulations

    Hi,

What kind of forces should be used for a moving aircraft above water, a hovering helicopter ? I was experimenting some of the forces today (turbulence, plain force), but I'm not sure it's the way to go.

I would try with Turbulence and Body Force with negative strength. That way any geometry can push the liquid and the turbulence would give additional randomness and dynamics. Also, you can check Max's forces If there's something suitable.

thanks George. I'm on Maya, but I will try this. Body force negative strength, good to know
