Hi,
I wasn't happy about pivot of the PHX fire smoke sim grid being at the bottom, so I have used an utility to center the pivot in the center of bounding box. Instead of centering the pivot, the entire grid got offset but the pivot stayed at the bottom. I assumed that Phoenix sim grid does not respect 3ds Max pivot (which is not very good) and I just ignored it. Later I've ran into a problem where PhoenixFD grid was rendering on different position than where it was inside of the viewport. And it was actually caused by the offset pivot. So in fact, PhoenixFD grid does support the pivot offset, but does not correctly display it in the viewport. This leaves a huge room for error and should be fixed.
Thanks.
