    I'm curious about this water simulation where the interaction is floating all over. Looks ok in preview but with show mesh it's really off and so is the render.

    It's using a nightly build from yesterday.

    Hey,

    It could be that the displacement is too strong or too large so it offsets the whole mesh.

    You can use the Fade Volume option in the Displacement rollout and pick a geometry node - this way the displacement will be faded where the geometry is.

      Hey,

      Looks like the displacement displaces it. This is not implemented in the Max preview yet. You should suppress the displacement by using the displacement fade near geometry option.
