Hey Guys
I'm working on a simulation of a faucet. The customer's wish is that the water flows in a straight stream from the outlet into the basin.
I have tried different approaches, unfortunately all without achiving the desired result. That's why I wanted to look for help here in the forum:
1) With a "normal" speed the water jet bends too fast. If I increase the speed in the liquid source, the water comes straighter out of the spout, but it is so fast that it splashes much too high up on the sink when it hits the surface.
2) A path follow doesn't seem to be an option as the water jet looks very unnatural. Also setting the influence to 0.001 doesn't bring any improvement.
Does anyone have any idea what would the best way is to get closer to the customer's wish for a straight-line water jet?
I'm really looking forward to feedback or suggestions on how to proceed .I allready thank you in advance
Best regards
Tom
