Hey, just to make sure we are on the same page - are you talking about this box showing up?

If yes, can you explain your setup?

I also assume you are using a very latest V-Ray and Phoenix so we are not chasing problems which have already been solved?

And finally, can you attach your Phoenix log from right after rendering has completed (it's in C:\PhoenixFD). It might contain warnings or errors.

      Thanks!

              Hey,

Couldn't get the black artifacts here, but noticed that the surface level of the liquid is a bit mismatched. You have a few simulators that are merging into one ocean, but those simulators are in different positions on the Z-axis.
In order to get consistent and good results make sure that there are no overlapping simulators and they are on the same level. In your scene I moved the PhoenixFDLiquid_Chorritos_002 simulator to be on the same position on the Z-axis as the master ocean simulator PhoenixFD_Palmera1_004 and then set the Ocean level to 8 as 7 was a bit too low. You can find more about the Ocean settings here - https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...endering-Ocean

              Hope this helps!

              Cheers!

hi georgi, I thought that the ocean level has to be really close to the percentage of the initial fill up. How can I determine the number I have to put there¿

It's best to start with the same number as the initial fill up and then adjust it a bit up or down if needed. Unfortunately for now there is no better way to do it.

Got better the result but still the weird shadow on the left. take a look at the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b00A5NRdOoo
Does this has to do with the ocean offset?

Ah, try increasing the ocean off screen margin option a little.
