Any MAYA PhoenixFD Ocean specialists out there want some work?

We are a small CGI company which require a dependable open-ocean PhoenixFD Maya scene to be built. Preferably HDR lit with the ability to drop in a boat/ship and have that bobbing around or ploughing through the sea leaving a wake, etc. A nice to have would be the ability to easily scale up the waves to possibly sea-state 4 and have the water cresting and slightly foaming. If someone can do this please get back to me ASAP. Thanks.
