Im rendering out some simple fire animation, while the first frame takes under 6 mins to render, the following frame render times keep increasing. I noticed that when it finishes a frame it unloads from memory from 50gb to 13GB and with every frame that 'unloading' process takes longer and longer. When I restart max this process restarts also... meaning its not specific to certain frames. Im rendering with vray 5 update 2.1.

Hmmm, we might have fixed this in previous versions, which Phoenix do you use? Can you try with a latest nightly: https://nightlies.chaos.com/#/phoeni...ghtly/20220219Svetlin Nikolov, Ex Phoenix team lead

its the pretty much the same with the nightly 44102. At the 11th frame it has risen to 8min from 6min. The render time should stay roughly the same because the frames are very similar, camera is not moving.

after 40 frames the time rises to over 14 min per frame

Hey,
Is it possible to send us the scene so that we can check what is going on? You can submit it through the support form here - https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
