Phoenix FD - crashes when loading cache

Hello. I have some problems with Phoenix FD cache - so every time I want to load cache into Preview & Render Cache Path in input rollout my 3ds Max file crashes. Also sometimes when I open folders with Phoenix cache Windows File Explorer crashes as well. Do you guys know what might be the problem here? Would be thankful for help.

Hey,
Doesn't ring any bells - which version of Phoenix are you using? Can you send us a Phoenix log and the problematic cache file?
Is it crashing with just a specific cache file or with every cache?

You can find the log at C:\ChaosPhoenix, just make sure to copy it right after the crash, if you start 3ds Max again the log will be wiped.

Thank you for your fast response. Looks like the log file is too big to be attached here so I've just used the Help Center using your link.
