Sticky liquid not working

Hi,
For some reason sticky liquid is not working well or at all. We set default viscosity to 0.001, wetting is on, sticky liquid to 1, viscosity output is on but water still glides on surface it heats like it has 0 friction. We cannot set viscosity too high otherwise it will be paint not water. What should I change? Thank you

Does the geometry you want the liquid to stick to have Wetting enabled in its right click Phoenix properties? Do you see wetmap particles sticking onto that geometry?
