    Hey,

Since Phoenix 4.40 Official the 'About' dialog is moved from the Simulator to the 'Phoenix FD' menu: 3ds Max → Top 3ds Max Phoenix FD Menu → About Phoenix or Maya → Top Maya Phoenix FD Menu → About Chaos Phoenix.

Can you tell us which Phoenix version are you using and also, could you give us more information about your setup?

    Thanks!

I did a quick test here and the options seem to work as expected - I tried with Foam Volume set to 1000, Sticky Foam set to 100, and Foam Size set to 0.3 (the default) - picture is attached.

The Foam Volume controls the internal interaction between the bubbles and forces a proper distance between the bubbles and keeps them stuck together. The distance between the bubbles is connected to the Foam Size - the bigger the bubbles, the bigger the created volume will be. In your case the Foam Size is 0.1 and the foam pile doesn't create big volume, because the distances between the foam particles are small.

Will it help if you increase the Foam Size and the Foam Volume? Here you could find an example video and a scene that are showing how the Foam Volume is working - https://docs.chaos.com/display/PHX4M...ple:FoamVolume

        Hope this helps!

Hi Thanks for the quick, I also do the test also. I still have a little confused about the foam sticky and foam volume, I try to set the foam volume to 500, and the sticky form to 1 the result is okay, but when I set the sticky foam to 50000 the result also the same, only the Foam volume will affect the result?

            Hey,

The Foam Volume forces a proper distance between the bubbles and keeps them stuck together, and the Sticky Foam sticks the foam particles to the surface of the object, so increasing the Foam Volume may result in stronger sticky effect. Here you can see more information about these options - https://docs.chaos.com/display/PHX4MAX/Liquid+Foam
Also, the Sticky Foam strength is connected to the Scene Scale and the Steps Per Frame - in order to achieve stronger sticky effect, you should consider increasing the Scene Scale and the Steps Per Frame values. But be aware that the Scene Scale affects the fluid behavior and the Steps Per Frame are increasing the simulation time, so you should balance between them. Here you can find more information and examples about the Scene Scale - https://docs.chaos.com/display/PHX4MAX/Liquid+Grid and here you can find more info about the Steps Per Frame option - https://docs.chaos.com/display/PHX4MAX/Liquid+Dynamics

            Hope this helps!
