VRayVRmatMtl car paint issue

Downloaded "Carpaint_Stochastic_Wine_Red_e78f7ddd" via Cosmos, and it renders like crunchy noise. There's no settings so don't know how to adjust. Played with UV's on the car but didn't seem to do anything. Any suggestions?
