I reported earlier that my camera zoom wasn't working, now my Aperture isn't working. Everything is the opposite. When I raise my f-number, things get brighter, and when I raise my ISO things get darker.. The shutter, the higher I go, the brighter things get. 100% the opposite of what it is supposed to do. 3DSMAXs camera is working fine.

I don't think you can or need to use the physical exposure control with VRay camera, try removing that and test.

Hmmm... I never hads to change that before. I got it working, and I am not sure how. I did notice thst my auto exposure was one, and when I turned it off, it worked.
