    Hey, guys. I have a serious problem with my phoenix simulation. As you can see in the video, everything looks fine. But when I open an interactive render, nothing appears. What can I do ?

    Another question I have is that the ocean texture has stopped working. It's configured in the rendering tab but it's not working

      Hey,

      When rendering in Points mode, changing the Image Output resolution from the Render Settings or changing the camera distance will affect the appearance of the particles rendered as points. This is due to the fact that points are treated as pixel-sized. If you double the resolution, make sure to double the Point Alpha and Point Radius settings as well.       Could you show us the Ocean Texture settings?

        In the video I sent Splash is OK. In the image I can't make it appear... The splash from the front of the boat. The boat is going 60km/h, it should have this splash in front
        Ocean texture does not appear too.

          I have another question...
          Is there any configuration I can do so that the ocean mesh remains as it is in image 1? In other simulations I've done, the ocean mesh looks completely straight. I don't understand why this happens... It seems that the oceanic network is not recognizing my boat.

          That scene is correct, I paid online and put my boat there.​

            Hey,

            Regarding the Ocean Texture not appearing in the render, could you try to lower the Ocean Subdivs to 1 and see if this will help? Also, could you check the Phoenix log and see if there are any warnings or error messages.
            In order to find out the exact Phoenix version you can check the About info window: 3ds Max → Top 3ds Max Phoenix FD Menu → About Phoenix.
