Crashind during simulation process

Hi
PhoenixFD keeps crashing down every time during the simulation process.
I need assistance in resolving this issue.
3dsmax minidump attached.
I using 3dsmax 2024, Vray 6.1 GPU, Phoenix 32260 nightly

Hey,

Does it crash with all of the Phoenix Toolbar Presets as well, or just with a specific scene? If it crashes with a specific setup, could you share a simplified scene so we can try to crash it here?

Also, does it crash with a Fire/Smoke simulations?

Can you check the Phoenix log file immediately after the crash occurs and before you open 3ds Max again? The Phoenix log is created in: C:\ChaosPhoenix

Phonenix keeps crashing 3dsmax consistently every time I initiate a simulation, sometimes after 20 frames, sometimes after 78 or 200, making it nearly impossible to use.
When I export scenes to the standalone Phoenix simulator, it also keeps crashing.
My computer spec : i9-13900kf, 64GB RAM, win 11, ssd M2 storage, nvidia RTX 4090, 3dsmax 2024, V-Ray 6.1
Maybe some Windows/system settings are required for the phoenix to run stably?

Hey,
When I use the built-in Toolbar presets, it seems that the Phoenix does not crash 3dsmax.
Anyway, my 3D scenes are not extremely complex, I use rather basic functions, so what could be causing these freezes?

We tried crashing your scene on several machines, but it looks fine here.
