Distributed Phoenix Rendering Not Working at all

Everything renders black when i use my farm. Anyone have a hit-list of things to check to troubleshoot this?

I have 11 VRay Rendering licenses, so I shouldn't be hitting issues. They all fire as black buckets if I use anything but my main workstation.

Phoenix is installed on all farm machines with no issues.... But nothing renders on any machine but my main one with distributed on.

Shared network project location, so its not like the cache files are inaccessible. I just cant figure this out. Only having to render on 1/10th my power would be a big bummer.

Figured it out, it has to do with the token based file string... manually setting a string fixed it. Not sure why, but whatever. At least i can throw power at it now.
